Brierly Pond consists of two phases. Phase 1 is entirely built out. Phase 2 is made up of 63 homes, of which 19 are sold and 3 are under reservation. With only 6 remaining homes on Ashton Lane, roadwork has begun on Brierly Circle, and development of buildings is slated for the Spring of 2012.
